Participants - RadianzPro is a 12 week certificate program in Spoken English and Personality Enrichment intended for those who are at intermediate level of Spoken English and want to develop effective communication competence and groom their personality for a professional career.
The ultimate aim of the course is to inculcate the right attitude, skills and knowledge to make them competent for their prospective careers.
Course Aims :To make the participants fluent in the English language To enhance the level of confidence of the participants in dealing with people (presentation skills, public speaking, telephonic conversations, e-mail etiquettes, corporate etiquettes etc) To increase the level of awareness and knowledge of the participants To guide the participants in their effective career planning
Course Outline : Spoken English Communication skills (verbal as well as non-verbal) Presentation skills (includes dressing etiquettes) Public speaking skills Interview handling Group discussion techniques Time management skills General knowledge and current affairs Corporate etiquettes

There will be opportunities for free discussion and conversation as well as more structured practice in using tactics and functional language which improve your effectiveness as a speaker
Developing listening skills forms an important part of the course; listening actively to fellow participants; understanding language used in audio and video tapes including different varieties and accents of English; listening and entering into discussion with people outside your course and with a guest speaker. Your attention will be drawn to key features of spoken language; in the language laboratory and in pronunciation workshops you will be asked to work to improve your own pronunciation and use of stress and intonation.
RadianzPro offers participation in a range of activities leading to short speaking "performances" e.g. individual presentations and a group-based drama sketch. These activities allow you to develop your confidence in challenging situations while at the same time encouraging work on specific language areas that require attention. The program progresses absolutely in a customized manner to facilitate each participant to attain the most value addition in every session
